WEEK 15
SOME FINAL TUTORIALS TO HELP YOU WITH THIS WEEK

Web
DUE Tuesday Dec 12 .

Below are some basic tutorials about beginning to incorporate Photoshop with Flash and Dreamweaver. If you want to go further and you've not taken either Flash or Dreamweaver you should take those classes. Jeff and Jean both have some good video tutorials about preparing images for dreamweaver that will backup this information.

Take a look at them at these videos and if you are designing your portoflio for the web then you will need to take some of these tutorials into account.

this article about getting ready to print at a commercial press

If you are planning to print your portfolios I suggest that you create your final sequence as a PDF Presentation, saved as a high quality print at minimum 300dpi resolution dimentions 8.5 by 11.

Please give the printer a realistic period of time to get this back to you and make sure that you see a proof before you print the final version(s).
Here is a link to FedEx Kinkos for more information about what they offer. I recommend that you are well prepared before you arrive at Kinkos because they will charge you to do any of the graphic work themselves. Also watch out that they don't make any short cuts and ruin your hardwork. This final stage might seem straighforward but its the most crucial in presenting your work in the best light.
